Course completion & support

Complete every presentation and workbook action, pass all nine KBC quizzes and the 25-question final at 80% or higher, then submit the course evaluation. Retakes are unlimited. All course requirements must be completed; partial CE credit is not awarded.

Your Certificate of Achievement is released automatically after you complete all requirements. Download it from your course account. No appointment or instructor approval is needed.

Course payment is non-returnable once access is issued. For cancellation, payment issues, accommodations, or transcript requests, contact Medissage. Optional mentorship is separate and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
