Arricka leads Medissage's partnerships, program development, organizational strategy, board development, grant and fund development, and healthcare collaboration. Her leadership combines decades of wellness and healthcare experience with nonprofit development, medical massage, peer support, homelessness outreach, education, and community-based program design.

Coach Vernon (Vernon L. Marshall Jr.) helps lead Medissage's wellness, peer-support, community-engagement, and organizational implementation strategies. His leadership combines lived experience with practical operations, teamwork, safety awareness, problem solving, and a commitment to making wellness accessible, understandable, and community centered.

Teresa leads Medissage's human resources, billing, administrative systems, quality assurance, records management, and operational accountability. She brings extensive healthcare member-services, provider-services, supervisory, billing, and quality-auditing experience to the organization.

Dr. Lori Costantino brings expertise in holistic nutrition, preventive wellness, biohacking, cellular health, personalized wellness baselines, and the integration of nutrition and innovative technology. Her work aligns with Medissage's commitment to prevention, education, measurable wellness outcomes, and creating stronger, healthier communities.

Dr. Kenneth Krieger, DC, CCST
Founding Board Member
Dr. Kenneth Krieger, DC, CCST, is a retired chiropractic physician and wellness educator whose background includes spinal rehabilitation and trauma care. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic with certification in spinal trauma, he spent 34 years in clinical practice before turning his focus to practitioner education and non-invasive wellness technology. As Senior Partner and Trainer for BioscanMedTechnologies North America, he provides education and support to wellness professionals. As a Founding Board Member of Medissage Health & Outreach, he brings experience in patient care and professional education to the mission of making wellness education accessible and building stronger community wellness pathways.
